“Windfall: The World in an Age of Energy Abundance” with Meghan O’Sullivan

Meghan L. O’Sullivan is the Jeane Kirkpatrick Professor of the Practice of International Affairs at Harvard University’s Kennedy School. Her record as a security and policy expert and as a negotiator is distinguished and long, including work in Iran and Afghanistan in 2004-2007 and in Northern Ireland in 2013. She is currently the North America Chair of the Trilateral Commission. Her book, Windfall, reveals how fears of energy scarcity have given way to the reality of energy abundance, transforming the geo-political order and boosting American power. Professor O’Sullivan is a graduate of Lexington High School and will be returning to her hometown for this lecture.
